The machines are mainly installed in mud tanks but can also be used for cleaning of other process tanks. The Scanjet product range consists of programmable single nozzle machines and dual nozzle machines. Both types can be powered with an internal water turbine or with external air supply.

The Scanjet Model SC 30T tank cleaning is driven by means of a fixed installed turbine with an integrated programmable drive unit. The permanent lubrication means an oil-free drive unit and the patented magnetic transmission allow an exchange of the drive unit without exposing the tank to the outside atmosphere.

SC 15TW
The SC 15TW can be used for fixed installation on down pipe or for portable tank cleaning on a flexible hose. Available in bronze or stainless steel versions and is therefore suitable for any type of tank cleaning process.
SC 15TW GL
The SC 15TWGL is a tank cleaning machine specially developed for cargo tank cleaning in harsh environments. Tanks with volumes up to 5000 m³ can be cleaned by one single unit. Typical installations are onboard offshore supply vessels.

Portable Accessories
Scanjet recommends using rubber bumpers to minimize the risk of coating damage during cleaning in coated tanks close to the tank walls, along with offering various types of adapters and couplings.
