Operational Process: The cleaning medium flows through the machine to the nozzles, effectively penetrating the tank surfaces with powerful high-impact jets. As the flow passes the turbine, it initiates the rotary motion of the gearbox, creating a criss-cross pattern on the tank walls, covering a full 360°. Initially, the first cycle establishes a wide ‘pre-wash’ pattern, gradually densifying through subsequent cycles until a full program is achieved after four complete cycles. Additionally, the gearbox is oil-lubricated and sealed from the cleaning medium, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
